PSEMA’s monthly networking call where connections are built before the crisis, not during it.

The Why

Disaster managers have a saying: you should never exchange a business card in a disaster. The relationships that carry you through a crisis have to be built before it arrives.

That’s what Virtual Village is for. Every month, PSEMA opens a space for business, industry, and nonprofit partners to connect, compare notes, and build the working relationships that make coordination possible when it counts.

How It Works

Virtual Village is a member-led conversation, not a lecture. Each month we take on a challenge members are working through, or open the floor for the group to raise what’s on their minds. Bring a question, share a win, or surface a problem you want help thinking through.

What you get:

  • A monthly virtual call, open to members and the colleagues they invite
  • Member-led discussion on real challenges in preparedness, response, and recovery
  • Best-practice sharing, resource exchange, and new collaboration opportunities
  • A standing table of peers who know your work before the next crisis hits

Who’s at the Table

Virtual Village brings together the people who keep business running and communities supported when disruption strikes, continuity planners, emergency managers, logistics and supply chain leaders, nonprofit responders, and the private-sector partners who connect them. If your work touches preparedness, response, or recovery, there’s a seat for you.
