A Different Kind of Leadership Platform

The PSEMA Enterprise Leadership Forum is a national, cohort-based leadership initiative for senior private-sector leaders responsible for enterprise-level decision-making in complex, high-stakes environments. Developed in strategic partnership with McChrystal Group, the Forum strengthens leaders’ ability to build shared consciousness, empower execution, and design decision architecture that enables speed, trust, and alignment across teams and sectors.

This is not a training, a summit, or a conference. It is closer to a fellowship – a curated, peer-level convening for executives who carry real stakes.

Inside the Forum

Participants engage in applied simulations and structured enterprise exercises grounded in real-world systemic risk – supply chain volatility, geopolitical tension, cyber threats, and cross-sector coordination.

  • A mission-focused framing session aligning enterprise responsibility and stakes
  • A deep dive into the Team of Teams framework and the four core capabilities of high-performing organizations
  • A multi-phase simulation designed to pressure-test coordination and speed
  • Enterprise-level pre-mortem exercises to shape the next twelve months with clarity
  • Leadership Stories surfacing pivotal moments, tradeoffs, and lessons learned

The experience concludes with a private fireside conversation with General Stanley McChrystal, candid reflections on enterprise leadership, adaptability, trust, and leading through uncertainty.

The Founding Executive Cohort

The inaugural Founding Executive Cohort convened in April 2026 at McChrystal Group headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia. A select group of enterprise leaders who helped shape the standard for the cohorts that follow. Participation is by nomination and invitation, intentionally limited to preserve cohort integrity. Founding participants join a growing network of Enterprise Leadership Forum Fellows.

The Next Cohort

The next Enterprise Leadership Forum convening is planned for Winter 2027. Participation is by invitation. Enterprise leaders interested in learning more, and organizations interested in engaging with the Forum, are invited to reach out.
