Types of membership
Our members support communities before, during or after a disaster, including representatives of businesses, corporations, trade associations, non-profit organizations, and private sector liaisons for public sector entities.
Registered at an accredited institution of higher learning at least half time, as defined by the institution; student membership is available for up to five continuous years. Non-transferable.
Non-members are invited to participate in the PSEMA Speaker Series, a member-only discussion with leaders in disaster management, for a special event fee.
Any person professionally engaged or interested in the promotion of private-sector issues within emergency management and associated fields.
(1-9 employees): Business entity that supports communities before, during or after a disaster; provides products, services or other resources that support the Association or its members; or is interested in business continuity planning and individual preparedness for employees.
Includes 2 business memberships; additional memberships at individual amount/membership transferable within business.
Includes 2 memberships; additional registration at individual/membership transferable within organization.
An organization recognized by the IRS as a non-profit that supports communities and/or the private sector before, during or after a disaster.
Includes 2 memberships; additional registration at individual amount/membership transferable within association.
A representative of a government agency that serves in a coordination role between emergency management and the business community in their jurisdiction; membership is associated with the official position, not the individual filling the position.
One registration per federal agency, state, tribe or local jurisdiction; additional registration at individual rate / membership transferable within agency.
(10-1,500 employees): business entity that supports communities before, during or after a disaster; provides products, services or other resources that support the Association or its members; or is interested in business continuity planning and individual preparedness for employees.

An industry, trade, business, or other official group that supports communities before, during or after a disaster; provides services or other resources that support the Association or its members; or specializes in business continuity planning.
